01 The client
PRJCT8 GmbH is a Swiss consultancy that acts as the bridge between retail and IT — a team of retail and technology experts who help brands accelerate their operations through big-data analysis, lean processes, and the right digital tools. For a company whose value lies in clarity and expertise, the website had to communicate both the moment a visitor lands on it.
02 The challenge
As a landing page, PRJCT8’s site had one job above all: capture a potential customer’s attention at first glance and convey the company’s image and objectives instantly. That meant leading with brand and positioning, not walls of text — and doing it with a level of visual polish that signals a modern, capable technology partner. The brief called for as many innovative animation elements as possible, without letting motion get in the way of the message.
03 Our approach
We started where good digital products should start: with design. Our team built the full visual concept in Figma, focusing first on how the page would present PRJCT8’s image and goals — the elements that decide whether a visitor stays or leaves in the first few seconds.
Motion design was central to the project, so we didn’t leave it to chance. We created an interactive Figma prototype that mapped out exactly which lighting and animation effects belonged to which page elements. This gave our developers a clear, unambiguous blueprint — every glow, transition, and animated detail specified before a single line of code was written, so the build matched the design intent precisely.
